For 222 months of my life, I was privileged to be together with my Soulmate, Romana.
Romana was not specifically religious or even interested in numbers. However, as a financial market participant and co-founder of the Society of Technical Analysis (STA) in London, I always looked at numbers when I traded in currencies, futures and options of precious and non-precious metals going back to 1966. Moreover, I had become interested in Numerology back in my late teens. Until the Internet came along, very little had been written about this subject, although I did have a few books about Numerology.
As to Romana and religion, she had grown up as a Catholic in Poland, however, we both later had a special affinity to Laghet, the monastery close to us in the South of France, which had saved Romana twice before, and extended her life by more than five years. We regularly for years made visits to Laghet, hearing the nun sing and thank for our fortune. During Romana’s last year, I also went to pray regularly there. Interestingly, I can’t recall Romana going there often during the last 15 months of her life, she had her own battle to fight.
Nevertheless, Romana was not so religious or interested in numbers. Romana did not want a priest at her death. She would have liked one of the nuns from Laghet, but they were not allowed to leave the monastery. A Cardinal friend in Poland offered to send a priest from Rome to us when Romana was dying, but Romana did not want this.
In 2008, in the days before dying, Romana told me, “if there is something beyond, I will try to communicate with you with a number you know”. For years, Romana and I said that one and one make three because we were so much more together. So 1+1=111. We also used to say that we together were One. Our hearts had merged in one, and we enjoyed Oneness. In fact, when asking for car number plates, we always wanted something with 11 or 111 together with R and M. Since we could not have this on our last BMW, Romana chooses 812, (8+1+2= 11) which later turned out to be the birthday of Hanna, my partner and wife for the last 15 years.
Romana was born on the birth sign of Aquarius. Interestingly, Aquarius is the eleventh sign of the zodiac, symbolized by the water-bearer and ruled by Uranus and Saturn. The constellation contains 11 named stars. I do not believe that Romana knew this.
The moment of Romana’s death and transition
The most important happening in my life, was when Romana left this life, an event which provided Romana’s elder sister Alexandra and me with an experience so profound. We witnessed, saw and felt something incredible taking place in the bedroom alone with Romana. The event left both Alexandra and me with the knowledge, that we do not have to fear death, it is just a transition.
Moreover, only because we had two doctors downstairs (Dr. Scemama, our family doctor and Dr. von Langdorf, who took part in Romana’s several brain tumour operations in NIce) and the fact, that Alexandra and I could not understand each other, she only spoke Polish and I did not speak Polish. Therefore, Alexandra afterward could report what she had witnessed to Romana’s girlfriend Lydia Lukomski and her mother, both downstairs in our villa. I could keep most of my story to myself, as I did not believe anyone would believe me.
Moreover, since both doctors immediately after Romana’s death-transition, insisted to see her, first Dr. Scemama, found that Romana was not dead, as her heart, breathing and body functions still were there. If Dr. Daniel von Langdorf had not been there to examine Romana’s body, we would not have known the truth. The truth is, Romana was brain dead and had passed away, but her body still tried to go on, in fact, it went on until nearly 4 hours later to 18:46. According to Dr. Langdorf, this was normal.
Romana was brain dead, but the oldest part of the brain still carried on, so her body was breathing and had pulsation. This part, the most evolutionarily ancient part of our brain is the part that we know the least about.
The basal ganglia are referred to as the reptilian or primal brain, as this structure is in control of our innate and automatic self-preserving behaviour patterns, which ensure our survival and that of our species. the reptilian brain, the limbic system, and the cerebral cortex. The reptilian brain controls the regulatory systems in your body like hormones, body temperature, blood pressure, and even hunger. So a continuing function of vital organs in the bodies of those diagnosed brains dead.
Romana’s sister and I had experienced and witnessed that Romana passed over at 14:59, just after we played 11 of Chopin: Nocturnes (Daniel Barenboim). I looked at my watch. Alexandra felt and saw what I saw and felt. We had both witnessed a miracle.
It was first later, sometime after this event, I looked at the numbers and found again 111 and 111.

Years before on Friday 22 November 2002, Romana had a very important operation at Nice hospital (nothing to do with her brain tumour later), and I was not allowed to wait at the hospital. However, I had to do something at home, apart from going to Laghet to pray for Romana.
In the morning, the Mediterranean sea had shown something looking like an Angel figure; sadly, I lost the pictures I took in 2002. However, the same thing happened on Monday, the 19 November 2007, when Romana started her first Chemo for her brain tumour, see the pictures below:
XCIOM – 1111
So on 22 November 2002, I was working at home, waiting to go to the hospital, after Romana’s operation. Worrying about Romana’s operation, I wanted to be busy with something, so I decided to register a few domains. I wanted to register a domain name for an art gallery I was a partner in back in 1966-1979 (AXIOM) and I still owned the name of axiom gallery. For some unknown reason, I misspelled the name (possibly I had too much to drink as I was nervous about Romana). So I registered XCIOM. I did not use the domain for many years and even considered not renewing it. However, due to the events in 2013-17, I lost more than 350 important domain registrations, some of which later were sold for big money by the registrar, as always.
A year after Romana’s death, I started looking at the name and realised that in Roman numbers, the name XCIOM, represents the number 1111. This was something that made me look further, as I also very early in life made symbols that turned out to be very important.

To me, there was a message in the name of XCIOM; how was this possible? I never connected this name with a number; moreover never looked at this before after Romana’s death.
At Romana’s death, her older sister and I witnessed something, which was a miracle because we both independently saw and felt that death is only a transformation and an event on our soul’s journey. This event was the most important episode and experience, in my life, and forever took away any fear of dying. I have other places, given a detailed description of what happened when my love Romana died and made the transition.
During the years since Romana’s death, I have received so many affirmations as to 11, 111 and 111, even 1111 at times. My number in Numerology is 10, therefore 1 (my birthday 7+6+1941=10=1).
I daily receive affirmations and have experienced so many unbelievable things, unexplainable for most, along with Carl Jung belief in synchronicity, even the materialisation of a gold coin in my hand, in the most unbelievable situation, detailed in another place. I am not looking for more answers, to death and beyond, I know!
There was nothing important written on the Internet in 2008 about these numbers; however, since then, much has been written about the numbers 11 and 1111. However, today in 2020, immediately it comes up on so many websites. I have copied several websites, and below, one can read their various explanation to 1,11,111 and 1111.
1111 This refers to the completion of duality.
When 11:11 appears to you, it is your wake-up call. A direct channel opens up between you and the Invisible.
One more association that is often made with seeing 11:11, in particular, is the notion of twin flames. This is an esoteric idea similar to that of soul mates that each one of us is only one half of a complete soul, which was split in two, at Source. Re-editing this writing, in February 2023, I can only confirm that I many times a day see 11 or a combination of numbers making 11. Not a day goes by where I do not see 11, 111 or 11:11. Many days I open my tablet, computer and other devises and see 11:11 or 11:01. Or a combination of numbers making 11, like 209, 155, 6:50 so on. Moreover, watching television, I note so many times a week seeing 11:11 the local time from somewhere on the news. Possibly, suggesting that my end is near, in this life. Further, when I messuare my blood sugar daily, I get at least on average 3-4 times a day a number like 111, 137, 128, 155 all making 11.
